Land Planning Solutions (LPS) is a specialized environmental consulting firm located in Royal Oak, Michigan. LPS provides expert service in all aspects of wetland science, construction permitting and evaluation of natural resources including wetlands, lakes, streams, woodlands and wildlife habitat.
LPS was founded by Matt Carmer, a certified wildlife biologist (CWB) and professional wetland scientist (PWS). For over 12 years and more than 1,000 projects, he has provided clients with expert advice regarding environmental regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
LPS maintains close working relationships with engineers, surveyors, hydrologists and attorneys, so that a comprehensive team approach may be provided on your project.
